Hey, @MSamovarov👋 Thanks again for the great question. To confirm, the
hapikey=demo
will be removed along with the other HAPI key sunsets, as part of the larger project, from the legacy documentation. To test the legacy endpoints moving forward—post-sunset— you'll need to provide a for of Authentication. Either from a Private App or OAuth token.
@Jaycee_LewisThank you for your answer. So do I understand correctly that after November 30 there will be no way how to retrieve fake (mocked) data from all resources (both new and legacy)?
Hey, @MSamovarov👋 Can you tell us a bit more about what you mean by “demo” API tokens? From the documentation you linked:
Developer Account API Keys, for configuring public apps, will still be available for use in Developer Accounts after November 30, 2022 and will not be affected by the API Key Sunset.
I am talking about demo access token which allows to make demo requests. On any Hubspot resource you can make a demo request with HAPI_KEY=demo at the end.
My question is will it be disabled as well?
Developer Account API Keys - is a slightly another thing. They are individual for every developer.
My question about one and only demo key, which is accessible to anyone
