I'm trying to get quotes using the api endpoint:

https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/quotes/

but I got error in response :

"message": "The scope needed for this API call isn't available for public use.

although I checked all scopes in the private app that I made

I'm aving this same issue, but this time the OAuth is available. Could you please tell me what is the way to solve this issue?
