how to copy a file upload field (file) to another file upload field

Résolue

Hi @karien,

Yes, it is possible to copy a file upload from one field to another using workflows. Follow the steps below to set up the workflow:

Trigger:

  • Select "Automatically trigger enrollment when filter criteria is met."
  • Choose the source "file upload" field that you want to copy from.

Action:

  • Navigate to CRM.
  • Select "Copy property value."
  • Choose the source "file upload" field as the property or value to copy from.
  • Select the target object where you want to copy the file.
  • Choose the target "file upload" field.

Enable the workflow to automate the task for future instances.

By following these steps, the workflow will automatically copy the file from the source field to the target field whenever the trigger condition is met.
