business unit in e-mail hubl code

So I created an e-mail from scratch. We have several business units, I would like to display a different header & footer depending on the Business Unit that has to be chosen before creating the e-mail.

I've been trying to find a way to display the chosen business unit, so I can use conditional tags to display the header / footer I want.

I don't think this is possible, but just checking here if anyone else has a solution?
