Hello, dear developers, I would like to know if you have done the following. I have searched here in the forum for something relevant to what I intend to do but I have not found congruent information I try to perform a debugging in the hubspot database, for example, when a customer is registered on my website through the contact form and that information reaches the seller through an email. The seller must send information of what is requested manually If the user does not answer the email the first time manually, they must send an email automatically the second time every 3 days. If you do not reply to the email the second time you have to send another email automatically, if in the last time you do not answer the email automatically, you must delete the database This is intended to optimize the database in order not to generate garbage. If someone has done something similar or give me a document with something relevant I would appreciate it. or if I can perform an integration with the hubpot api and do this using javascript codeI hope you can help me greetings I hope you can help me greetings
I'm not sure I'm 100% clear on what this solution would look like, but my initial thoughts are that you could likely accomplish a lot of this with in-app automation like workflows and/or sequences. It might be worthwhile to check out some of out Knowledge Base article on the subject (see below), in addition to posting this question on the Marketing forums as well. You might get some solid advice from non-developers who have used in-app tools to accomplish similar goals!
