We've recently installed the Zendesk Support for HubSpot integration and would like to have the Zendesk Support tickets sync'd to the HubSpot Company timeline rather than the Contact timeline. We have companies with hundreds of users so it's not practical to only have the ticket feed at the contact level. Is there a way to show the tickets at the company level?
I found this old idea ,but I believe this would have to be something that Zendesk tackles as HubSpot did not author the integration. They do have a support contact liste here
