Hi, I have a standard account with Zadarma and a free HS account set up in 2019
I then integrated Zadarma with HS and was expecting to see Zadarma in action, but cannot see it anywhere in HS
People from zadarma told me that it should be working for HS free accounts opened before 2020 (like mine), but still can't see anything.
Do I need a marketing or sales plan to be able to integrate Zadarma?

Looking into the Zadarma integration from within your Portal, you're compatible with the requirements and should be able to install the integration using the following link in our App Marketplace.

Yes, HS and Zadarma are integrated correctly, but after integration I do not see Zadarma anywhere on HS and if I try to call using Z, then I get a notice and I can't use Z. as if Z was not connected

I still don't understand why I can't make calls from withing HS using zadarma.
The app is connected and tickets with phone recordings are created for each call.
Only problem is that is not possible to use zadarma as a calling widget. This should be available on all HS plans including the free one
