Workflows API returns limited number of data

Hi all,

 

So I'm trying get all the workflows via API, but the problem is that it only returns a few number of them. I have 36 workflows on my Hubspot workspace but I only get 9 of them via API. 

 

I accessing them via  https://api.hubapi.com/automation/v3/workflows/?hapikey=key

 

I don't think I am doing something wrong, so if you could help how to figure it out what's the problem I would be very pleased.

Hi @jcmaia,

 

I took a look at your workflows for you. I think what you'll find is that you're only being returned contact-based workflows. As my colleague Isaac pointed out here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Get-access-to-Deal-or-Ticket-Workflows-through-th..., platform workflows (company-based, deal-based, ticket-based) aren't currently accessible via API.

 

And like in that thread, when they do become accessible via API, the Changelog (https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog) will be updated, so it's worth subscribing to that. Let me know if you have any questions.
