Why does Zapier have a different trigger app for Hubspot and Hubspot CRM?
We are integrating Hubspot with a couple apps. We have a basic account for testing these integrations. In the test phase of creating the Zap, the Hubspot CRM Trigger does not find real contacts within our Hubspot account, though it does recognize the account.
If we try the same with the Hubspot Trigger, it does find them.
What is the difference? What is necessary to access the Hubspot CRM
The "HubSpot CRM" Zapier app isn't actively supported; it's a bit before my time, but I believe it's a legacy app. I would recommend using the "HubSpot" Zapier app for anything you're doing with HubSpot <-> Zapier integration.
