Why can't fieldType be exported from properties manage view?

I exported all compan properites to a csv file from properties management view. However, the exported file dones't have "fieldType" column. I am going to create the same properties in a different account via the API "POST/crm/v3/properties/{objectType}" but I can't find the "fieldType".  How can I export the fieldType?

Could you use the get all properties endpoint instead?

I tested a download of  the properties as well and it does not return the fieldType. 

@Phil_Vallender, @piersg  how have you all handled porting properties from portal to portal?

The endpoint doesn't return "Created By" field in the response. I need both fieldType and "created by" fields. How can I do this in one way?

Trujay has automated this for us when migrating from other platforms to HubSpot, but within HubSpot to HubSpot (not something we do very often), if my memory serves me right, this has been done manually.
