Any idea? How can I find out the Client ID, did I missed anything in set up?

For anyone coming back to this years later like I just did you can use this article to find the creds, took way too long for me to even find this article, don't know why they can't just surface these in the Integrations & Apps section but here we are.

Just so I am sure I understand. Are you developing two Private apps to distribute to other Hubspot users? Or atempting to install two private apps into your own Hubspot Portal?
@KWong2, This information is found inside your Hubspot Developer Account. For example, below is a screenshot where it is located in my Developer Sandbox Account.
If you are looking to build a new app for people to utilize then this is the location to find it. It will not be found in a non-developer account.
This page is no longer available - The Client ID is not displayed here. I and several other users are limited in our ability to utilize your product because of this limitation and lack of documentation. @hubspot can you please assist us?
