Hopefully someone can come with some input here. I am trying to connect Whatsapp for Business to a client's ServiceHub. I have gone through the steps outlined and referenced in the community and forums. I run into two different errors. If I follow the process I can select the business portfolio. But when I try to select the Whatsapp number it comes up blank and asks me to connect a new number. I have full admin access on the Meta portal and they have a number assoicated to the portal. But for some reason I am unable to select it. If, on the other hand I do as HubSpot support suggests and disconnect that number from the Whatsapp business profile and then create a new profile and try to connect the number to that I get the error message that numberr is still in use.
