WhatsApp Chatbot in HubSpot?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to integrate a WhatsApp chatbot with HubSpot (either through existing third party integrations or custom ones), or at least managed to integrate WhatsApp in a way that allows you to send automated messages via HubSpot workflows?

I'm aware that HubSpot has a native integration with WhatsApp now, but it does not look like it allows for the creation of a chatbot just yet...

No existe la opción de enviar un mensaje automatizado a través de una plantilla de Whatsapp a una respuesta específica como es EMPEZAR, que es lo que marca la suscripción a las comunicaciones a este canal.

Si la función de las plantillas de Whatsapp en Hubspot es la de simplificar el trabajo del personal de ventas, deberíamos poder avanzar en conocer la intención del contacto con el envío de un segundo mensaje automatizado.

We are also looking for an automated WhatsApp chatbot that integrates with Hubspot. We have tried Rasayel for a while and liked it, but the price is too high for us (we are a startup yet).

Any suggestions are appreciated.

HubSpot has not build a chatbot for its WhatsApp integration. You're right about 3rd parties but they're very different in terms of their automation capabilities, pricing, security and more.

I work a lot with WhatsApp+HubSpot. If you answer a few questions, I could recommend the right solution for you:

1. What exactly do you need to achieve in your automagtion? Do you only need to automate sending notifications? Or do you want to automate a full WhatsApp conversation like lead qualification, answering FAQs?

2. Except for automation, what other needs do you have in your HubSpot-WhatsApp integration?

3. What's your team size?

4. What's your budget?

Our native integration doen't support bots yet. However, you can send approved templates via wokrflow to your contacts. Please note that your contacts must to have a valid whatsapp number on the "Whatsapp Phone Number" default property and an explicit consent in order to receive whatsapp messages via workflows.
