What is the best method to import through API a message content?

Hi. I want to import through API the messages sent through an external non-Hubspot form. 

I understand emails cannot be imported through API.

What is the best method to import the messages alongside the contact?

Can you give us some more context?  You talk about both forms and email so we are not totally sure what the question is. 🤔
