I want to trigger a webhook from hubspot whenever a new contact is added. How can this be achieved?

This can be achieved by using our Webhooks API and setting up a subscription to listed to contact.creation events.

I have created the app with the webhook subscription. I have tested the same and it works fine. Then how do I publish this app and put this into action?
