Webhook url not trigger when create or delete the account in hubspot

webhook url not trigger when create or delete the account in hubspot . i authorize and redirect to the url and get access code but when i add any contact then no any response at webhook url. i test the url at webhook subscription it work fine.

Could you specify which API method you are attempting to use? From your description, I can't tell whether you are working to update company records or authorizing an OAuth 2.0 app.
