Reviewing the HubSpot webhook change sources, I see that "BIDEN" represents "updates from internal system processes".
Does anyone know if these webhooks are actually modifiying the entity data for contacts, companies and deals? Or are these just invoked from some sort of HubSpot internal system process?
It would be good to know if these webhooks can be safely disregarded if they aren't actually updating the data for the entity.
Hi @colinr , webhooks from HubSpot never update an object. They will just send the object payload to the specified webhook url. The "BIDEN" update usually means that our internal system has information about a company in our database, and auto-populates that with things we already know about that company. This happens in-app, not when a webhook is fired.
