Webhook Zoom Integration - error message when trying to add contacts

SOLVE

I am trying to create a webhook that adds contacts to a Zoom webinar when they fill out a form on our website. I have tried to test contacts internally and keep getting the error message "Host can not register." I thought this may be because the domain I was using to test was the same as the domain hooked to our HubSpot account. I tried a different domain and got the error message "The parameter is required: org" which I don't understand. 

 

Can you help me gt our Zoom integration to work?

Thanks for sharing those details.

 

It looks like the Zoom action fails because of a required parameter named org.

 

In Zoom, are you requiring the Organization registration field, as depicted below?

If so, this prevents successful registrations from the workflow, as HubSpot's Zoom integration only sends First nameLast name, and Email. Per the highlighted section under Add registrants to a webinar using workflows in this article:

 

"If the registration link requires any other fields, the registration workflow action will fail."

 

To sync contacts from HubSpot, remove Organization as a required field in Zoom.

The below photos are of the error messages I am getting. No contacts are being added to the webinar and everything is set up correctly as far as I can tell.

I am facing a very similar problem with Hubspot & Zoom, I have filled out all the correct steps and fields and not sure wha the issue is. 

 

I have set up the workflow and integration, made sure only first name, last name and email were required fields, and it still wont transfer the information over to zoom.

 

any help would be great - thanks!

Hi, 

 

My zoom integration got disconnected somehow and therefore I get an error message. So half my registrants have been successfully registered in Zoom while the other half have not been moved over to zoom. 

 

What can I do to move the ones that are not registered in Zoom? I can see who they are in my workflow but its over 50 contacts so I do not want to do manually.

Hi, @erikamichelle.

 

Could you create a new workflow to add the unregistered contacts to Zoom?

 

You can exclude the contacts who were successfully registered by using the "Last registered Zoom webinar" property.

We're getting the same error. Contacts aren't being registered for the webinar.
