Webhook Firing Success but without response

Hi Team,

I am using test account and i have created event subscription to fire webhook when firstname property changes. I am doing testing on UI. Webhook firing without any error but on the other side no response is being received in my webhook url function.  App is showing in Connected Apps section. Am i doing anything wrong.
