Webex Events(Webinar) and Webex Messages APIs in Workflow custom code actions

Hello,

I'm looking for an option to send/post a message to a Webex id or push a form submission to a Webex event(webinar). Not sure if it's possible with custom code actions in workflows to use Webex APIs. Can someone help me with this?
