WebHook API - Using API key

Hi,

Can someone point me to any examples where I can subscribe to webooks using API key?

Is this even possible ?

All the exampels say that you need to setup a developer account.

You will need to use OAuth to subscribe to webhooks. To set up OAuth, you will need to create and employ a developer account.

I imagine you have seen the docs, but just in case, here is a link to the webhooks documentation
