We're currently working with an external agency on our digital ecosystem to link other external systems into HubSpot. I've created a sandbox, test account and developer app account so that we have appropriate environments to be able to do all our testing before promoting to the live account, but it looks like the only way I can give access to the test accounts for the developers is to set them up with Super Admin access.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct, or is there another way to allow developers access to the different accounts without them having to be a Super Admin.
There should be a developer permission set that gives them access to test without having access to the entire account, but it doesn't seem to exist.

User permission settings for developers

Great Question by the way!,
Short answer: Test account = Sandbox so give them SuperAdmin.
Long answer: Need to Know Basis. Evaluate the scope of the Developers in terms of what type of object/s and privileages they need in order to get the job done.
Invite the email user account and manually active each scope.
EndLoopAnswer: Create another test account just for them. and cascade updates
ComplexAnswer: Create another test account just for them. Setup this account as a Digital Twin of Production HS Portal.

Thanks @jpsanchez. I can see that we are able to create different permissions for the App developer and developer test accounts, but it looks like the permissions to allow access to the Sandbox has to be set to Super Admin for the main account which gives them access to all the billing info. Seems a bit strange they have to be given access to this which is not relevant to them for development work.
