Update Company by name (like create or update contact)

Hi there

There is an API call to create a contact or update a contact, if the contact exists already (based on e-mail)

We need this for company too.

Use case: we want to import a company and associated contacts.

Ween we import the same company then a duplicate will be created. We dont have the domain of the company, so we cant search for the company to decide if create or update.
