Unannounced change to WebHook's 'changeFlag' property?

I was contacted by my team and information that new contacts and companies created on HubSpot were not syncing properly to our in-house system.

I did some testing and it appears that on November 22, 2022 that HubSpot changed the 'changeFlag' for new objects from "NEW" to "CREATED";  and this caused our system to not recognize that these were new items.

I looked in the Developer Changelogs and could find no reference to this change.

I noticed that their API documenation still makes reference to the 'changeFlag' being "NEW" in the examples on https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/webhooks/validating-requests

This threw me completely off guard and I just spent the last several hours debugging and also coming up with a method to sync all the new companies/contacts that were missing due to the change.

Was this change actually announced anywhere?
