Unable to parse value for query parameter: startTimestamp for marketing emails

I'm attempting to call the marketing email statistics API here:
https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/api/marketing/emails/marketing-emails#statistics

But the documentation doesn't mention anything about required query params. I've tried plugging in UNIX time, time in milliseconds, and different variations of dates.

I tried using formats with "yyyy-mm-dd" into startTimestamp and endTimestamp but then it just gives me the error message "interval cannot be null"

I have found the solution from @coldrickjack and @JBeatty on this post "Get email events API - parameter startTimestamp not being respected" where they mentioned that the system expects milliseconds.
