Unable to install the app

I have created the app, while installing getting an below error.

"Couldn't complete the connection
This account doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this app. Please contact the app developer."

 

How to remove above error?

Hi, I am also facing same issue, can you please help to resolve?
1. I added all the scope in my account
2. I tried my developer account and also test account which created from developer account.After choosed account  shown error like "Couldn't complete the connection
This account doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this app. Please contact the app developer."
3. my account type - i dn't know i am first time to hubspot as per refered docuemntation i created developer account trial purpose only.

Can you please help to resolve asap since i need to get access token to access Rest API's?

Hey, @Loginext 👋 You'll need to provide more details, as there are numerous ways this issue can occur. For example:

  • what are the scopes your app is requesting?
  • what type of account are you installing your app in? An app test account created from your dev portal? Or a production portal? — Free, Starter, Professional, for example? 
  • what account type, if production? Sales, Marketing, Service Hub, etc
