Unable to go live with private UI extension app

I'm done developing a UI extension/serverless as a private app and now wish to run it without the dev server but can't see to figure out how. It's uploaded, deployed etc but wont run without dev server on else errors in browser console. There must be a setting somewhere but cannot find it. How do I make this private app production?

Hmm I thought I deleted that post - it's resolved. Evidently when HS cannot find PRIVATE_APP_ACCESS_TOKEN it assumes its the dev server running which made it hard to troubleshoot.
