I'm testing out an app integration and need to go through the process of setting it up again in order to fully write out a knowledge base article. However, I'm not certain where else I have the app connected to. I've checked everywhere I can think of and the option to delete is still grayed out. Is there any way to disconnect the app from HubSpot side and then delete it?
Coincidentally, we are canceling/decommissioning our HS account this week. I have an app in our Dev account 198541 that was used for testing. I am unable to delete it alonng with the Dev account
I'm trying to delete an app I created using my developer account. I'd also like to delete the developer account. The app ID is 240709.
I realized I wanted to recreate the app using a developer account that was created for me as part of a team. I deleted my test account, but when I went to delete my app I was unable because it is connected on 2 accounts. I believe one of the accounts is my developer account, and I suspect the other is the test account I just deleted. Can I see where the app has been installed? How can I disconnect the app from these two accounts?
Hello, I believe I am experiencing the same issue as the others here. My app ID is 240709 and says it is connected to 2 hubspot accounts. Thanks for your help!
Hi @dennisedson, can you help me out too? I'm trying to delete my hubspot developer account and cannot do that because one of the apps is still connected to another hubspot account. App ID is 36026.
@IsaacTakushi Can you help me out as well? I have an app which I believe was connected to a test account. I deleted the test account, but the app still says it has one connection - can you help me remove that so I can delete the app?
