Unable to create custom object via API

HI. I've tried to create custom object, but i am not unable to. Getting:

But in integration -> private apps -> i've enabled all scopes for that app..

Presently, you will need to use the hapikey to create a custom object.  This will eventually be updated, but I am not sure when.
