Unable to connect app to account.

I'm trying to connect an app to a HubSpot account.  Currently, the redirect uri is still localhost:3000, however, I'm getting a "refused to connect" browser error when I'm taken to the redirect uri after granting the app permissions. 

Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue?
