Unable to access attachments uploaded from the Site

We are using API to access contacts and its related engagements like Notes & attachements.

We are able to access the notes added from the console. But if we attach any files from the console those attachements are not accessible from API. Those File's "hidden" flag is set to "True".

But If we are uploading any file from our app, we are able to control this flag from our end. Is there any way to disable this from the Web atleast?

Hi @Ramkumar_T,

It's not currently possible to change the behavior of in-app file uploads. Files uploaded as attachments in-app will always have hidden set to true. If you have the inclination, I would encourage you to check out the Ideas Forum on the HubSpot Community. There, you can create a post including your use case that product and other customers can see.
