Unable to PATCH property if hasUniqueValue is true

We've run into an issue while implementing the Hubspot custom objects API into our app. We have a property for a custom object with hasUniqueValue set to true, and when we try to update this property's description with a PATCH it gives us an error saying the 'hasUniqueValue' tag cannot be changed for this property even though we aren't passing up anything about the hasUniqueValue tag. We even tried doing this from the test endpoints in the API documentation but it gave the same error.

Is this a possible bug? Or are we doing something wrong?
