Hello, we have a problem with the non-Hubspot Forms. All forms have being tracked as one form and not as two different forms. We applied the tracking code to our site and the problem is still there.
Is there any thought about why all forms are tracked as one?
For non HubSpot forms, If there is no unique identifiers set in your external page for this forms we won't be able to separate them. This is how HubSpot tells submissions apart between forms and often comes in the form of an HTML id or a class.
Upon doing some further research I found a community post about a user that ran into a similar issue and they have a solution to share that involves modifying your shortcode when you embed the form.
