Trigger webhook - Timeout occurred, but will retry soon

Hello,

I would like to call external endpoint when contact is created via user interface.

So, I have created a workflow (Automation -> Workflows), set condition to trigger webhook on "Email is known".

When I add an account webhook is triggerred but it fails with such an exception: Timeout occurred, but will retry soon.

Endpoint url is available and I can call it from Postman or any other tool.

How can I fix it?

Hi all,

I have resolved the issue: noticed that SSL certificate was a day out of valid date.

I have updated SSL certificate and the issue is now resolved.
