Trigger Hubspot automation externally from other CRM

Is it possible to trigger Hubspot automation from an external source? I want to trigger it from another CRM if some field value changes in that CRM.

Hi @UmarQayyum,

(Out of the box) HubSpot automation requires that a record exists in HubSpot. Without a contact record, for example, a contact-based record cannot run.

You would have to integrate the two CRM systems in a way that the field value update also updates a record in HubSpot.
