Track Contact Website Activity with HTTP API

We are working on s2s integration with hubspot. And our goal is to track website activity without tracking code.

describe HTTP API only for custom events.
Is there a way to track Website Activity events using HTTP API?

I would like to inquire if HubSpot has the possibility now to send tracking data other than custom events, or what would be your recommendation otherwise?

Events HTTP API is only for custom events.

Can you please explain a little about your use case? So that 
I can suggest some options.
