To get email message history from ticket via API.

Hi! I need to get the txts of email messages from ticket using API. Byt I did not found how can I do it using hapikey. Please help me.

Hey @olejekg,

When looking to get the emails from CRM record, you can use the engagement API - Engagements API Overview. The engagement api support the following engagement types: note, email, task, meeting and call.
