Our customers have mentioned that the timelines are not working for them.
We did troubleshooting of the issue, but we found from the logs that we received
204 status. That means the timelines are being successfully created, but they were not actually shown in the UI.
We have tried it in our testing instance and we were able to reproduce the issue.
We saw 204 status in the API monitor, but the timelines were not shown in the UI.
After some time, the old logs were wiped out and the timelines have started to work as normal.
Now, I can't see the timelines created before 11:31AM PDT

I am glad that everything is working now.
@Derek_Gervais , do you have any insight into why the log would have become unavailable?

Hey @Heymarket and @dennisedson ,
Glad everything is up and running again. I wouldn't expect the logs to disappear; we should store those for the standard 30 days. If you give me your App ID, I can jump in and take a closer look for you.
