Timeline Events Not visible

It seems this issue has already been reported by other users (for example: Timeline events are not visible), but no satisfying solution has been provided.

I’m experiencing the same problem — timeline events suddenly stopped appearing in the contact record, even though all filters in the contact activity view are enabled. The API call returns a 201 Created response, the contact is even created successfully when using the email field instead of objectId. However, the activity itself never shows up in the timeline.

 

Here’s an example of the payload being sent:

Has anyone found a reliable solution or explanation for this behavior?
