Tickets API call

Hi Team

Is it possible to access the list tickets API for Marketing Hub Professional Account?

I could see its accessible for  Marketing Hub Professional Account from the below link

Marketing Hub Professional Account. But we are not able to access it. Could you please clarify us for which all accounts 'tickets' API is accessible?

You didn't add the link.  Are you referencing this?

Tickets are included in the CRM so you do have access.  Here is a complete list of features.

From this link https://developers.hubspot.com/apisbytier ,its clear that tickets API are also available for marketing Hub pro and enterprise account.Could you please check and confirm the same

Hello @BlendrDev 

Just took a look at your account and it does appear like you have tickets available.  (I will ammend my comment above and apologies for my mistake)

You will need to create an api key and then you should be able to use these endpoints for tickets.
