Third Party Chat Integration

SOLVE

Can we integrate HubSpot with third party chat? Or is there APIs that we can send/receive messages from inboxes? I found this article, which mentions that 3rd party chat to inbox doesn't support. Please advise.

Integrating a third-party chat directly into HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox has limitations. While HubSpot offers the Conversations Inbox API (currently in beta) for some interactions, full integration isn’t natively supported.

 

What We Can Provide:

  • Peer Support: Troubleshooting and advice
  • Documentation: Guidance on HubSpot APIs

What We Can’t Provide:

  • Full Custom Solutions: Building a complete integration requires in-depth coding, which goes beyond community support

For complex integrations, consider doing further research, testing, or working with a HubSpot Solutions Provider.
