The issue with Hubspot SDK in Segment integration

Hi,

I have an issue with Hubspot SDK.

Firstly I contacted Segment Technical Support, and after their testing that the problem is not by their side, they recommend contacting you.

This case is about our landing page and capturing leads:

I created manually the custom property "Plan" and tested it.
But still, I don't have any value in Hubspot, but in Segment, Intercom and Amplitude I have the value "Lead".

So, only in Hubspot it doesn't work properly.

Yes.

I use device-mode integration, not cloud.

Therefore I don't edit any code of data, because I use Visual Editor (Tagger) by Segment, and in this way, I create events. 

Do I need to create a custom property to send the trait "Plan" from Segment to Hubspot or is it self-created like in the case of sending it to the Intercom?
