Task creation at specific time

I want to create a task due one hour before a meeting, but I want to set its creation time to 9 a.m. on the meeting date. Is it possible to achieve this using an API?

I checked the API documentation, but I do not think there is a property available to set or update the create date of a task. So sadly, this doesn't seem achievable.

The alternative would be to create the task at 9 a.m. and set the due date to an hour before the meeting.
