Tag Manager Integration Not Recognized

I recently used the "Google tag manager" integration to get GA4 on my site.

GA4 has started taking in data, and the source code on Hubspot pages lists the Google Tag Manager as being installed.

However, when I try to preview the page in Tag manager, it acts as though the tag is not there.

Any idea what might be going on?

Hey @RossRaffin

While going to setting>website>pages>integration you need to select domain first for which you need to update google tag manager code and then after doing changes save and check
