Update: This sunset is now scheduled for June 12. See this post for details.

What's happening?

The Site Maps API was released when the HubSpot CMS originally launched, and at the time many settings for hosted sites (including things like the navigation) were tied to the settings for the site map. As we've made improvements to our CMS over the years, many of these settings were split out into their own services. Because of this, the Site Maps API now returns only a minimum set of data about the site map object itself, with no details about the content or navigation for the hosted site that the site map represents.

As a result, we will be sunsetting all endpoints for the CMS Site Maps API.

When is this happening?

The CMS Site Maps API will be sunset on June 12.
