I am using tray.io to capture contact change event. There I have subscribed webhook workflow with contact on property change.
In Hubspot i have created new app and confirgured webhook url with this app and select on property contact change on few fields.
Problem what i a facing is
If i make three field change (selected in property change list), its actually shooting 3 events. I was expecting to get one event with all 3 changes. It should recognize one record change with all the fields change.
Not sure how to achieve in hubspot this functionality.
The webhooks are working as designed. The webhook does not look at your object as a whole; rather, it subscribes to indiviual properties within the object. This way you can more granular select what you want to capture and make the data more meaningful.
