I've create an app and succefully added it to my test account. It has been live for about an hour. I used the sample node.js code to create the app and got a response, so I know it is connected.
The app webhooks are subscribed to creates, deletes and updates on contacts. I've added and deleted several contacts and nothing is showing up in the app monitoring under webhooks.
Took a quick look under the hood and it appears that your subscriptions are paused which is the initial state they are in. You will need to activate them 🙂
