I wanted to get the submissions by source data that i see in forms's performance dashboard how can i get that which api do i need to use to get that information like source, views,submissions and conversion rate.. also if i submit a form from a contact that has already filled a different form how can i get the information about all the forms that a contact has filled previously.??
