Struggling to find the right API endpoint for all emails send to all users with timestamp & outcome

The data that I would like to connect is something that will contain all marketing email campaigns linked to all contacts (emails) with the outcome of the send event, i.e. open, click, delete etc.  

Essentially I want to be able to query for all our users, what marketing emails have we sent them, when & what did they do with it.

For context, the end goal is to create a multi touch attribution model. We want to know what touch points have made the most impact to some outcome TBD. Touchpoints include push notifications, in app notifications and marketing emails, so just focusing on getting the data for the latter here.

I have reviewed the api docs and cannot find the endpoint that gives me this information. Please can someone point me in the right direction.
