I'm in Canada, and I'm trying to connect to the "Stripe payment app"
But it doesn't work, I'm getting this error: "There was a problem connecting your Stripe account".
I know it should work because I previously by mistake connected it to my other Hubspot company profile, so I disconnected it and tried to reconnect with the right account, but with no success!

Same issue here I had a test Hubspot account an employee created and assigned our stripe to. I subsequently deleted that hubspot account and made a new one. When I try to add stripe to it I get the same error. The answer I got from support was the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Someone on the Hubspot side should be able to disassociate the account.
"The team confirms with me that currently there isn't a way for them to remove the connection between your Stripe account with the portal 44882965. They are working to provide support for similar cases in the future. Since it is not possible at the moment, they are suggesting creating another Stripe account so that you can connect a Stripe processor to this portal 45463973"

Try restarting the connection process from scratch. This might involve going back to the Stripe Payments app within HubSpot and initiating the connection process again, entering your Stripe API keys and following any prompts to authenticate the connection.
I'm having this exact issue. I setup a hubspot account with stripe and it all connected just fine. I needed the account and attempted to reconnect I got "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again". I have deleted all the integrations as outlined by this post but I get the same error message. Do you need my account number to see if this can be resolved?
I tried all this several times, thanks but doesn't work!
It looks to be still attached to my previous account, and even if I disconnected it and uninstalled the app on my first account, it doesn’t want to connect with the new one.
I tried to contact Stripe but like all online platforms, no human support, just FAQ and AI
